MORE THAN HELPING LEAD A TRIP

This Is a Testing Ground for the Leader You Are Becoming.

You are not simply being invited to show up, teach one session, and go home.

You are stepping inside a complete transformational retreat—learning how the experience is shaped, how participants are supported, how teams are guided, how meaningful workshops fit into the larger journey, and how a retreat becomes something people remember long after they leave.

The Wanderlust Revival Retreat gives you a place to practice your leadership, document your work, build confidence with real participants, and begin creating the story of the retreat you may lead next.

01

Practice in a real retreat environment

Step into facilitation, presence, and group leadership inside a premium week—not a classroom exercise.

02

Lead your own meaningful workshop

Bring a session connected to your message, expertise, or modality and refine it with real participants.

03

Build confidence with actual participants

Support a team of three through welcome, connection, and selected moments across the week.

04

Learn the retreat model from the inside

Observe pacing, flow, participant care, collaboration, and how a retreat is delivered end to end.

YOUR LEADER GOAL

Build a Team of Three.

Each Retreat Leader will be responsible for inviting and enrolling three participants who become part of their team during The Wanderlust Revival Retreat.

You will not simply recruit three people and disappear into the larger group. You will help welcome them, support their experience, strengthen team connection, and guide selected moments throughout the week.

This creates a manageable and meaningful leadership environment:

  • One leader
  • Three team participants
  • A shared experience
  • A real opportunity to practice facilitation, support, communication, and group leadership

With five leaders and their teams, the retreat becomes a connected community of smaller groups within the larger shared experience.

YOUR LEADER COMMITMENT

Two Ways to Secure Your Leader Position

A leader position represents more than a complimentary place at the retreat.

Villa accommodations must be reserved. Teams must be formed. Workshops must be planned. The other leaders and participants need to know that every person on the leadership team is fully committed to making the experience successful.

For that reason, every approved Retreat Leader secures their position through one of two commitment paths.

Both paths lead to the same opportunity: Build a team of three fully enrolled participants, earn $7,500 in leadership credits, have your own retreat participation fully covered, and qualify for the future Villa Wanderlust week valued at nearly $13,000.

Every Person You Enroll Reduces Your Retreat Cost by $2,500

Path One

Secure Your Position With a $2,500 Leader Deposit

Once you are approved as a strong match for the leadership team, you may immediately secure your position with a $2,500 deposit.

The deposit is applied toward your $7,500 retreat participation. It is not an additional fee.

As members of your team enroll, you earn $2,500 in leadership credit for each fully enrolled participant.

Why We Require a Real Commitment

The success of this retreat depends on every leader showing up with intention, preparation, and follow-through.

A leader position affects Villa accommodations and room planning, the balance of the five-person leadership team, participant recruitment and communication, workshop scheduling, team assignments, retreat logistics, and the overall experience of every guest.

The commitment structure protects the retreat from reserving a limited leader position for someone who is not yet ready to actively build their team.

It also creates a fair pathway for every approved leader: Bring three aligned participants, earn your full retreat participation, and unlock a future retreat opportunity whose property value alone is nearly $13,000.

What Becomes Possible When You Reach Three

  • Your $7,500 Wanderlust retreat participation

    Fully covered

  • Your $2,500 deposit

Potential combined retreat and property value

Nearly $20,500

Nearly $20,500 in retreat participation and future property value — calculated as $7,500 retreat participation plus the organizer-provided nearly $13,000 Villa week value. This is not cash, earnings, income, compensation, or guaranteed profit.

What Counts as an Enrolled Participant?

A participant counts toward a leader’s team goal after completing the required retreat enrollment process, signing the applicable participant agreement, and making the required payment according to their approved payment arrangement.

Do not count:

  • Verbal interest
  • An incomplete application
  • A person who has not signed the required agreement
  • An unpaid reservation
  • A participant whose enrollment is later canceled or refunded, subject to the final leader agreement

Final qualification rules, payment deadlines, cancellations, participant substitutions, and credit timing will be defined in the written leader agreement.

Payment deadlines, credit timing, participant qualification, cancellations, substitutions, deposit return, and any remaining leader balance will be defined in the written leader agreement before the leader secures their position.
